"First time we stayed here was awesome. This time not so much. The shower head wouldn’t stay in the holder so no shower. The toilet seat was so loose it was hard to sit on."

"The room was very secure and cozy. Perfect for a quick trip to the mountains. The hot tub was amazing with a great view of the mountains. The receptionist was a little rude and not entirely friendly but worked well. Parking is nice if you’re on the first floor you can park right outside your room. Plus it’s pet friendly "

"Rooms are clean and we were happy about the hotel being dog-friendly. However, we were disappointed at how the room service wasn’t done for the entire day despite us requesting it very early in the morning. My family and I including our dog had to wait for the staff to do and finish our room service when we got back to the hotel later in the day which was quite inconvenient. Also, anything that you need from the front desk (i.e. towels, blankets, coffee, etc), you’d have to fetch them yourself as their staff members go home early in the day. AC was also not working properly so we had to get some fans from the supply room. Despite these, we still did our best to enjoy our stay. "
