"Everything was excellent but the location was the best part. Close enough to train station making it easy to get to hotel on first day with luggage (10 min walk). It is in front of the canal with water bus stop to St Marcos and to Murano in less than 2 min walk. It is far from main streets which helped for quiet good night sleep (went to bed 9pm due to time change). Staff was very friendly and helpful.. like everyone of them. "A very reasonably priced hotel in Venice overlooking a canal and extremely walkable to all the sights in Venice. Easy to get to from the boat stop (beware pickpockets!). Room was very spacious - we had a suite as my husband and I were travelling with our 20year old daughter and there was a large sofa bed made up for her in the sitting room that she said was comfortable. Friendly and professional staff who were also very welcoming to our dog"
