"The room they gave me was like something out of the 70’s. Heating didn’t work which they knew as there was already an oil filled radiator in the room. Had to ask for another as the room was so cold. No change of room offered at reception. Bathroom sink would not drain and I was left with what is in the photo. Still hadn’t rained when I checked out 3 hours later. Don’t stay here if this is how they treat paying customers. "

Room I stayed in had multiple issues including the mess on the ceiling, a broken slat in the radiator cover and a broken cover for the plughole in the shower that is quite a trip hazard"
