"Peaceful location on a farm, in rolling Devon countryside. A warm welcome, guided to car park by Rex the dog! Immaculate clean room and en-suite shower room. Comfortable bed, slept well. Host Alison provided good cooked breakfast, vegetarian on request. Convenient for A38 and Exeter but in peaceful setting down a small country road, make sure you check location and directions with host. Would recommend, will return. "
