"okay so let's start with cleanliness. it's obvious the house wasn't cleaned before we got there or the sheets. The bed sheets smelled dusty and the bathroom smelled like urine. The shower had someone's else hair on the walls and floor. The pool was not heated even though it did say it was. "The hotel room was fine. Not at all like was shown in the pictures. Mold in the corners of the room. The bathroom window, which opened out on to a corridor wouldn't lock either. The shower was hot or cold and the room lacked basics like a full length mirror or anywhere to hang clothes. The room had a small private terrace (which was overlooked by someone's bathroom). "Beautiful hotel on a beautiful property. We loved the location, the big blue slide, and the hammocks. Staff were all very nice. The restaurant was a bit pricey so did not eat there. We were supposed to get free drinks but unfortunately we were not told it was for only certain types so ended up paying. Walkable to many restaurants, souvenirs, and ferry docks/boats. A little warm at night in the room but slept with the windows open and felt very safe. Bed was a bit too firm. Overall, would stay here again. "
