"The ambiance of the hotel in general, is quite pleasing. Super friendly staff are quite willing to answer any questions that staff may have. The rooms were clean, functional, The layout of the property with its lush tropical gardens gives it an advantage, considering it's surrounded by small homes and businesses, and a busy highway very close by."

"Upon arrival we were already concerned about the surrounding area which I will say is very sketchy and neither one of us felt safe outside the hotel. The hotel is surrounding by iron gates and razor wire. The free parking is located across the street and just a little way down the street. The security gate is opened from the hotel. It is a dirt / rock / and broken tile lot with many holes to navigate around. When you’re done parking you have to negotiate your way across a large roadway back to the hotel. The attendant on duty was super nice and caring. There is no elevator on the hotel and there are lots of stairs to walk up and down - with your luggage and bags. My wife has a bad knee and was struggling . When we got to our room, the bed was a double bed , not the 2 queen room we reserved. The attendant went all the way back to the little lobby “to see” if he had a room with 2 queens. He returned to take us to our new room which meant we had to go back up and down stairs to get back to the lobby then go in another direction up and dow more stairs carrying our luggage again to our room where there were 2 queens and not much more. It was pretty tight in the room and both of us stubbed a toe trying to walk around. We decided we were going to try to sleep and leave on the morning, as we were not going to do all the stairs everyday, plus we did not feel safe at all. I made a new reservation at a different hotel that night and we left in the morning. "

"Great hotel to stay at.The rooms are excellent and the breakfast buffet was great every morning. The staff at the front desk and breakfast buffet are top professionals. If you eat at the casino restaurant you will get 20 percent off for staying at the sleep inn."

"Clean hotel and rooms. Disappointed that the pool and hot tub were very cold and couldn't use them anyways because of construction and events at the same time! "
