"Room was clean and cleaned everyday without being asked. Restored towels everyday. AC is self controlled based on room temperature. We can’t change. Room had TV, Fridge, coffee maker and Microwave Owen. Bathroom had hand shower. Toilet was clean. I’m totally satisfied with the breakfast served everyday. Potato and Waffles served were awesome! Had a very happy stay here. "

"Room balcony dirty, shower amenities to high on the wall to be easily used. Water out of shower was rusty for 4 minutes before it cleared up. Bathroom sink took almost 5 minutes to drain. Draperies covering the balcony slider was torn. No "Do Not Disturb"hanger for door. Sleep sofa upholstery in the suite area was dirty and stained. No suitcase stand to put suitcase on to unload. This was by far one of the poorest Marriott Courtyards I have ever stayed in. Never will stay at this one again."

"Be prepared for a hard time upon check in at this property. The staff was absolutely rude and nasty towards are family. I will skip this property because of it’s age and the lack of a professional staff."

"I have stayed at this property three times prior and never had an issue. This time the room was not cleaned properly nor were the towels and linens enough for our family. I went to the front desk to get the appropriate amount of necessities and was treated very rudely by a staff member. I was not accommodated as requested in my reservation placed over a month ago. I do have a disabled child and requested a pack and play and accessible shower and was given neither! "

"The staff was excellent and kind. The boiler went out so, we had no hot water for almost 30 hours meaning, no shower...I had to meet family and conduct business...not a great feeling. The staff handled the situation flawlessly. My husband and I had a great time otherwise. The Chattahoochee had great food as well as service."
