"I had a very disappointing and unacceptable experience at this hotel. In the middle of the night, I woke up to find my bed and clothes completely soaked because rainwater was leaking through the ceiling. No guest should ever have to deal with something like this while sleeping.
On top of that, the loby washroom and my room was dirty, the bed was creaking constantly, and the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. The overall condition of the room shows a serious lack of cleanliness and maintenance.
This hotel clearly does not meet basic standards for guest comfort or safety. I strongly advise others to avoid staying here until major improvements are made."
