"I would not recommend anyone because the room Hibiscus No 15 and 11 were terrible poorly maintained there were lizards everywhere and mosquitoes. We asked for a mosquito diffuser and the receptionist told us they would send one which was in vain as nobody came along. The bedsheet was torn very old and most of all we all didn’t sleep as the bed was not comfortable one could feel the wire spring on our back. Paradise Cove Boutique Hotel - Adults only

10/10 Excellent

"I *loved* my stay at Paradise Cove. This was my second trip to Mauritius but this was just a short two-night stay whilst in transit from the UK to Australia. I booked Paradise Cove for two days of pure relaxation and I couldn't be happier with that choice. The location is beautiful, the resort is lovely and small and quiet, the rooms big and luxurious, and the staff are incredible. They have managed to find that rare sweet spot of being high luxury but without being over the top or sickly like some high end hotels/resorts. I was especially impressed by my arrival when I arrived in the morning feeling not so fresh a long flight and slow taxi ride from the airport but was greeted at the door by name(!), my bags were taken care off, and I was offered to enjoy the breakfast buffet whilst they got my room ready early (which had also been upgraded, I think due to my hotels.com status perks). I had a leisurely breakfast and then sat overlooking the pool and palm trees for about before someone came to collect me and take me to my room (about 90 mins after I arrived, which given it was still only 11am was amazing). That was exactly what I needed in that moment and could not have been better. So many other hotels could learn from this!"

"I was a solo traveller visiting Mauritius for the first time. The resort was perfect, the beach is stunning, the water activities were great and there was just so many places to just relax on sun loungers around the resort and near the pool. What made my stay special was the excellent staff who were really welcoming and friendly, full of smiles and joy that brightened each day. The breakfast was great loads of choices and also a variety of places for dinner too. I would definitely recommend this hotel and return here on another trip in the future! Name check and thank you for some of the staff that made my stay special and personally ensured I was ok throughout the week - Michael haffner, Nirma, Riaa, Delores, Alisha, Uma prasad, Vishnav, Avishka, Anielle, Cassandra, Monisha, Elvis and Navin."

"I loved how eco conscious the property was, refillable toiletries, water stations and paper straws only! The beach was lovely, staff at boat house really helpful. The food was al a carte and lots of vegetarian and fish options which we liked. The drinks are on the expensive side but I think they good value for quality food makes up for this. We did full board and I would reccomend it. You can see there are some minor things to iron out like I didn’t like trying to be sold on booking dinner at the chefs table restaurant all the time. We used the spa on the last day even with discount this is pricey but the full body massage was amazing!"

"the room i had was ground floor garden view, the gardens were nice sitting on patio having a beer was relax full, the room itself was bigger than usual had a tv but channels were very limited we actually never watched it after first time. bathroom was also big bath and shower few personal items ,storage for clothes was fine just shelves little hanging space, room was clean ,now it does need a bit of tlc, shower screen needs a good cleaning house keeping can take up to 5 o'clock to clean room sometimes forgot clean towels stairs to upstairs apartment are wooden can hear people coming and going, overall it passes for 3 star hotel room, just make sure if you don't like stairs ask for ground floor, the room they first gave us was on third floor no lift, they change us next day after we told them"
