"Parking was easily accessible and there were a couple of EV charging stations which were free to use. We were on the second floor and the elevator was the only way we could get up to the floor. There was an outside stairwell right nextvto our room, but our building key would not unlock the door from the outside. On arrival, the room code didn’t work, so bhe reception staff was quick to deal with this. The hotel was in walking distance to some restaurants and we were able to take advantage of that. It is also close to the Quebec City - Levis ferry which was convenient. The room was fairly clean and the bed was okay. "

"The rooms were very clean and everything went well. The location is amazing and the amenities are great. We are definitely stay at that hotel next time we go to Quebec City The staff were very polite and helpful all the time . "
