"If you want a peaceful, quiet stay in nature by the sea in a well-designed resort and aren't bothered by being more self-sufficient (ex. lack of service) then this is a great place to stay.

The hotel, concept, area and design is beautiful. It is located in a quiet, private area surrounded by nature with the sea just steps from where you sleep. Check-in was seamless, the cottage was very cute and well designed and sized, and the sea and beach was breathtaking.
However, sadly, the service and a few other things just weren't up to standards during our stay. I will note, we did have access to a whatsapp chat with the staff, which was helpful when making requests, ordering from the restaurant and they were responsive. the only issue is we had to ask for everything, rather than it being replenished ahead of time.
Ex. had to ask for extra toilet paper as they didn't replenish, extra coffee pods, and water in the fridge rather than it being checked and restocked.
Cleanliness in the restaurant needs to be better upheld, and food on site was limited.
We almost always had to call someone over to take our order, even at the pool where we sat for a full hour and no one came over (we were the only ones there) before I got up and asked for a drink menu. they never came over at breakfast and instead of greeting us each morning they just asked for our room number, which felt impersonal.
I don't regret the stay, but a few improvements would make it worth returning too."
