"What a great spot! The hotel was very clean and had a modern beach vibe. They had binge rentals onsite which were perfect for exploring the trails and nearby areas. It was close to the water and beachfront area. The staff were very nice and the rooms were a great size. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again someday. Highly recommend"

"Quite simply the nicest and friendliest hotel we have ever stayed in. We arrived early and they very kindly let us in to our room. The seafront location is brilliant, it is amazing to sit and watch the surfers from the terrace bar and the food in the restaurant was very good indeed. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the parking easy and convenient. We are already looking forward to coming again."

"Extraordinary boutique hotel. We had a delightful stay. The owners show you to your room, are there every day, and offer good sight-seeing and restaurant advice. The room, like all the decor, is lovely, the beds are comfy, and the table on the balcony is great for coffee. There is a coffee maker, minifridge and an individual air conditioning unit that makes any heat wave bearable. There is ample closet space and the bathroom modern with attractive lighting. "Excellent location close to public transportation (bus, train etc), shopping and restaurants! Walkable distance to the beach, and nearby town Ciboure. No need for a car at all, we took buses to Bilbao, San Sebastián Spain.
Little choice at the hotel breakfast (wish there were fresh fruit), but staff prepared scrambled or sunny side up eggs upon demand. Overall I will highly recommend this hotel. "
"Stunning hotel with large, modern and quiet rooms. Very friendly staff. Very good food in the food hall. Right in the town centre close to shops, beach and restaurants. Only 2 min walk away from the train station. Absolutely perfect!"

"We enjoyed our brief stay at Mosaik Hotel. We were welcomed by a lovely lady in Reception who helped us park our car, store our bikes and offered to help with any questions or information. Our family apartment was a good size, comfortable, clean and equipped as described. The air-con was much appreciated as it was very hot during our stay and the hotel location is ideal for shops, restaurants, transport and the beach. "

"Highly recommend this lovely little quirky hotel with beautiful decor, original features and a lovely little courtyard in the middle to have breakfast. Staff are so friendly and helpful breakfast was lovely all served up to you with a nice personal touch. The rooms are clean and very comfortable and well appointed. Will definitely be back."
"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Saint-Jean-de-Luz ! L’emplacement de l’hôtel est parfait, avec une vue splendide sur les plages. La chambre était spacieuse, décorée avec goût, et mention spéciale pour les rideaux et stores occultants : nous avons dormi comme des bébés ! Tout était très agréable et soigné.
Seul petit bémol : le self-parking, qui pourrait être amélioré pour être plus pratique. Mais cela n’a en rien gâché notre séjour, que nous avons adoré."

"Lovely location. Great gardens and swimming pool area. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The bar staff in particular couldn’t do enough to help you. Nice cliff top walk down to St Jean de Luz. All in all, we had a very pleasant two night stay here. Could have stayed longer!"
