"Property is run down, we misplaced our room key and they don’t have a spare so had to have someone open door each time, was an inconvenient and had to wait over 20 mins in wet clothes as it seems like they forgot to help us and had to request for help again. Next day, was able to found room key, maybe time to start using key card that can be reprogrammed if this happens to other visitors, am sure we weren’t the only ones. Things like this can happen so suggestion to to make spare keys. We only...
"I had a wonderful and unique stay! The property was clean, with spacious rooms and a great location—just a short walk to restaurants and the waterfront. It’s about 15 minutes from the airport and Sidi Bou Said, which made getting around easy. The host, Medhi, was incredibly helpful and even assisted with transportation to my next accommodation. Highly recommend for a comfortable and convenient stay in Tunis. "

"This property didn’t have any heat, we were graciously moved to another villa that had heaters. But after 6 nights, only one night was with hot water and heat. We were constantly fixing the water heater but never enough to heat the villa or take a bath. The manager was very respectful and tried to accommodate, brought portable heaters, but the water heater just wasn’t having it. He even offered to send us to the hotel, but the villa was gorgeous and accommodating for family in and out all day....
