"Great location. They had renovation going on but well sectioned off and good to see they are putting in effort to maintain property. Room floors were a little dirty. Bathroom could have better water pressure and hairs left from last guest. Staff were awesome"

Hyatt Place Cape Canaveral
"We arrived around 3.39 pm after a very long trip from Canada and we had to wait around 45-1 hour till we got our room although other customer after us were arriving and getting their rooms. When asked they told we need to wait. Very rude treatment. Thanks"

"I decided to book this hotel as it was close to MCO and the pictures online looked to be decent. When I arrived at the hotel it was noticeably dirty and unkept, the hallways smelled of cigarette smoke on our floor (2nd) and the outside lobby smelled of cannabis & was littered with cigarette butts. ..."
