"Mathew and Bonnie were amazing. Very friendly and welcoming staff members . Room was very clean but outside windows really took away from the experience. Toilet wouldn’t flush came and fixed it immediately but then it kept running. Had to pull handle up. Remote continued to run out the batteries even after getting a replacement and brand new batteries twice. (Cheap batteries). Breakfast wasn’t too exciting. Would suggest adding potatoes and sausage. Only scrambled eggs, bacon and waffles in...

"Recently stayed at location on 4/13/26 to 4/15/26. Convenient parking. The room was clean and fresh. The complimentary breakfast was very good and fresh. They had something of everyone, from yogart, cereal, fruit, pastries, pancakes sausage, bacon, and oatmeal. I definitely recommend a visit."

"My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. From the moment we entered the room, there was a strong musty smell that made the environment very uncomfortable. Upon closer inspection, we noticed visible mold on the ceiling, which is completely unacceptable for any establishment. The odor was so intense that neither my wife nor I were able to rest or sleep. The situation was so unpleasant that we had no choice but to leave the same day we arrived. I would definitely not recommend...

"Great place to stay but after spending 800plus a night got there around 7pm and was told no for late check out HILTON would have given us till 1 sooo…. Beautiful view but would have to get better price and late check out to get me to come back"

"I’ll never stay at this hotel again, that’s for sure. Staff is great but it’s like a great actor working on a stage cobbled together by toddlers. Outlets didn’t work, no ventilation in the bathroom, stains everywhere, tv remote didn’t even work, and the lights were all mismatched. Gym was small and dirty. Hard pass on this place. "

"The property is under construction, but dyring my 4 night stay, it did not affect me once and did not disturb my sleep. The staff were thoughtful and helpful. The breakfast was probably better esrlier in the morning as I ate late. The eggs and coffee were still good late. The room itself was newly upgraded and nice. Overall it was a very good value for the money because it is near downtown and there are a lot of downtown events csusing othrr hotels to be expensive and unavailable. "
