"We chose to stay at this Inn because we visited Fort Stevens and Astoria. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. There's a coffee truck next to the Inn, run by the Inn keepers which made it nice for getting bagels and lox. There was a coffee make in the room, but if you wanted something fancier you can get it from the truck. Another plus, was the walkability to 2 different restaurants. The convenience was getting back to the room, then walking over to get dinner was nice. There is a golden retriever as a greeter, which I loved. The walls are thin, as they mention in their welcome book in each room. They ask that quiet time be by 9 or 10 pm. Noise was not problem. But I would stay on the top floor next time. Early risers can be heard coming and going upstairs due to the hard wood floors. Each room has a theme which is fun. I would definitely stay there again."

"The Coastal Inn and Suites was a comfortable place to stay. Inside the rooms were clean and nicely renovated It had very thin walls. And we were on oceanside rooms which also meant main road through Long Beach. It didn't bother me but my husband had a hard time sleeping with the road noises. It was a good location for going to pubs and dining. It was October so many businesses didn't open during the week."
