"Our room was supposed to be ready by 3:00 it was past 4:00 before it was ready there was no back on the TV remote battery kept falling out , basket was missing off the coffee maker. The room looked old and outdated, bathrooms was not clean only one set of towels. They never came the second day to clean or even drop off clean towels. I would never stay there again !!"

"Very lovely well maintained hotel with a great teal blue/ orange tropical Margaritaville decor. Much better than usual complimentary breakfast with many choices and staff everywhere keeping it replenished and tidy. Turns out if you want bar service outside on the lovely patio, it is order yourself. No table service although they do serve food at the same tables. Difficult to understand since they are one and the same. Also no housekeeping service at all and we stayed for 3 nights. Surprising...

"Amazing hotel in rapid decline. The property is beautiful, and has so much potential but it is clearly not managed well and starting to show the consequences of poor management. The place was understaffed and the little staff they had were not qualified or properly trained in hospitality services. You can tell cleaning was not a priority. Floors, walls, counters, pretty much every surface was dirty, stained, and worn. The elevators were so so slow, and had a terrible smell of rusty metal -...
