"One of my favourite places to stay at for quick trips. Only about a 10-15 min walk from the domestic airport terminal and also a 10-15 min walk to Mascot train station and where all the restaurants and supermarkets are. The premium economy room is comfortable and spacious for me, and the floor to ceiling windows let lots of light in during the day with great views. There are block out curtains and a comfy bed for a good sleep. I like the fact that the bed does not have those annoying decorative pillows and runner :D The cafe at the top floor is chill and my favourite place to have a coffee while plane watching! The staff are also very polite, friendly and thorough - shout out to Yasmin & Dimi who checked me in & out respectively :)"

"Customer service was zero there. I already paid extra for parking and breakfast but they did not care about it and even they could see in their system that I paid more than regular room price, they forced me to pay again (so do not choose any extra payment option on the app!). At the end, they could give me a small bottle of water at least, but asked to pay $4, hope this kind of customer service make them rich!"

"Needed a hotel for an early flight out of Sydney airport and this is as close as you can get. Clean, modern hotel. A bit expensive, but great not to have to navigate getting to the airport early in the morning."

"If you are planning to catch a flight early the next morning, this would be a very suitable hotel. The room size is also quite spacious for the price, and overall, everything is reasonably satisfying. "

"Clean room though body wash and hand wash pumps were empty in main bedroom , staff were accommodating. Breakfast was fine though not much choices to choose. Pool was indoor so kids enjoyed a lot. "
