The only thing I liked was leaving the room was absolutely disgusting and had the worst god-awful stench. It was absolutely terrible me and my family immediately walked out and got a different hotel.

Felt very safe in hotel. They are very green thinking. Fantastic breakfast restaurant. Walls just a tad bit thin inside hotel. Overall very nice place & staff is very friendly.

Unsafe and fraudulent!

Do not book this. Immediately after checking in I was followed by two strange men who banged on my door asking me to let them in. They waited outside for what felt like forever. When I finally got downstairs to check out and get to a new hotel, they agreed to cancel the rest of my stay and refund me. That refund never came. This place is sketchy and not safe.

Pontos positivos: o quarto é grande, cama grande, bancada externa ao banheiro com 2 pias, silencioso. Muito próximo das paradas 3 e 4 do Citysightseeing. Tomadas sem necessidade de adaptador. Pontos negativos: a localização é ruim, sem opções para restaurantes perto e local com sensação de insegurança. A comunicação com o aparthotel desde o começo foi muito ruim, sem retorno das mensagens enviadas. Outras informações: Café da manhã servido no café ao lado do hotel, equipe muito atenciosa mas não era tipo buffet. Você escolhia entre 4 opções. Não havia frutas ou suco natural, mas era bem servido. Omelete muito boa! Não havia secador de cabelo no quarto. Pelo que entendi era apenas 1 rotativo entre os hóspedes. E não há tomada para ligar na pia do banheiro na frente do espelho! Você entra e sai do hotel com a chave cartão do quarto e em alguns momentos não há ninguem na recepção. A limpeza não era todo dia mas não havia uma regularidade. O uber até a região do waterfront custava por volta de 50 a 60 rands.
