"Excellent stay. I would 100% book again and highly recommend. We did have the largest room with a runway view as we needed space for a cot, which the hotel provided. Cannot comment on helpfulness of staff because we did everything remotely and did not speak with reception."

"Room was a good night sleep and your at the airport but terminal 4 is a trek to go back to terminal 2/3 and then get train to 5 so plan well for time . Tea and coffee was good and shower was awesome after traveling. We ate in the restaurant and the food was delicious I have a chicken tandoori."

"Good location for Hatton Cross, room was clean. Not a very friendly hotel but did the job for a cheap 1x night stay. Breakfast exceptionally poor quality."

"I wanted to be close enough to the airport that I didn’t have to get transportation and that was the case. It was a little confusing at first when I arrived late at night in a strange airport with a lot of luggage but eventually the taxi service in the airport gave me the simple instructions as to how to find the hotel accommodations. I would recommend that be more explained to the hotel guests that are using the Hilton at the airport for the first time. It’s a very convenient location for an overnight layover staying that close to the airport."

"My first time staying at a Premier Inn and I was very impressed. Was given a room on the 7/F which was nice and quiet (excellent soundproofing) and had great amenities. Hotel seemed very popular with travellers. Liked the fact that there is a covered walkway to the hotel from T4 (with easy access to T2). But had to wait about 20 mins for a train to T4 from Heathrow Central (T2&3) as most trains appeared to be headed to T5. The two men serving the bar were engaged in a private conversation and seemed oblivious that I wanted to be served - this was the only real negative experience. I will definitely consider Premier Inn on future visits to the UK"
