"Great location, clean and spacious room, very helpful and attentive staff, from check in to breakfast to check out, everyone had a smile and trying to help in any way to the point that the gentleman at the front desk helped us carry our luggage after storing it for us all day because we had a night flight. Thank you Etna staff!"

"A warm welcome from the amazingly helpful Roberta. Upgraded to a suite - v comfortable, excellent bed, and once I turned off the intrusive a/c a good night's sleep. Great breakfast, excellent coffee. A wonderful location too -- right where you want to be, and excellenr, affordable restos nearby. Just 15-20 mins from airport and amazingly helpful, thoughtful front desk. Don't rush off from the airport - spend a couple of days here getting to know Catania first."

"The decor and furnishings in the communal areas were absolutely stunning. So stylish and unusual. Very helpful staff, lovely pool although a bit cold when we were there- beginning of October. Breakfast was ok. Loved having access to the beach club. Our room looked good but was let down by a smell of damp and seemingly no ventilation in the bathroom."
