"The view from this hotel was amazing. The breakfast was excellent. However the room needs significant improvement. We had the premium suite lake view and it was missing furniture and mold was growing on the balcony. The kitchen was a nice touch but it was totally empty. No dishes or cutlery Thankfully, ..."

"Hôtel moderne un peu loin du centre-ville mais la balade à pied est sympa. Piscine sur le toit minuscule et malheureusement des personnes incorrectes éclaboussaient partout et criaient. Piscine intérieure froide . Un peu cher pour les prestations"

"Das ideale Hotel, wenn man das Tessin erkunden will. Ideale Lage, direkt beim Bahnhof und unweit vom See. Saubere, kleine Zimmer die mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet waren. Obwohl das Frühstück nicht inbegriffen war, konnte man im Hotel ohne Voranmeldung frühstücken. Man zahlt was man konsumiert hat. ..."
