Could do better

We stayed in Exec Twin and double rooms, which are more like hotel rooms. There is a microwave with oven mitts (!) but absolutely no utensils to cook or eat off and a kettle with bottled water, minimal coffee/tea provisions. Perhaps the actual/bigger apartments are better equipped...? It was very windy and one room suffered from wind whistling through it all night, not from external patio doors but the corridor! Breakfast buffet is good; international with eggs and noodles cooked to order. There’s a 7-11 convenience store next to the property and per other reviews, it is handy for the waterfront. The infinity pool is around 20m with great views but unheated, so few if any users. Bring a swim cap, though no one supervises the area. Mountain bikes are available for hire (30 rmb) by the hour.

一家美好入住酒店經驗

整體感覺良好，設備齊全，床褥舒適柔軟，枕頭更有多款任君選擇， 一家四口入住相連房間，與丈夫有二人時間的同時，亦能與孩子享天倫樂。海景令人心境大開，入住高樓層避開地面建築工程的嘈音。惟電梯上落均較慢，需預留時間。

舒適的酒店

酒店設施新，景觀好。步行約10分鐘可到商場。只是早餐選擇較少，晚上貨櫃碼頭還在工作，有時會有聲音.

設計時尚但維護欠佳

硬件設計很人性化, 而且很日本簡約風, 可是跟其他很多內地酒店出現的通病, 就是維護不好, 電梯口的黏貼在鏡子上的指示文字有10多個脫落, 而房間中的有些櫃門都關不上, 淋浴的雲石門檻在洗澡10分鐘內會滲水到洗手盤位置, 位置: 接近頂樓層的山景房間

It is a good service, hospitality front desk service which is 100% perfect, they gave good advice to me about the surrounding shopping tips and transportation to elsewhere of the city. Buffet breakfast is very good in different choice and each day has different varieties which will not be boring for me to eat six days along. Room is keeping very clean and staffs are polite!

值得去

首先，前台的服務非常專業，職員的態度非常親切，很快速完成check in，即使我發現我訂錯了房間，前台都非常友善並有效率地幫助我們更換房間。 經典房間的空間很充足，整潔，房間的小小open kitchen設備都整全，浴缸size較大，很舒適。 酒店的早餐值得一讚，食物和座位都不錯，特別是麵包類別很多，亦很fresh。 泳池當然是美景，也很乾淨，主要都應該是拍照居多！整個感覺都很chill，真的可以relax得到！ 唯一的不足就是酒店的wifi，不知道是什麼原因，我們都沒發用到wifi，即使已經輸入正確的password都沒法啟動使用。

Nice vacation

It's a very nice place for vacation, comfortable, nice environment, quite n relaxing. Couldn't forgot to compliment the pool, it's like merging with the sea n u can take very beautiful pictures with it. There r large shopping malls in 5 mins walk distance. We can easily find nice restaurant to dine out. N lastly, it's good to have breakfast in the hotel cuz the restaurant has very great sea view, n we r lucky to find a window table.

Wonderful hotel and wonderful staff

I had recently visited The Capri by Fraser ShenZhen Hotel with my family and friends for 3 days in this Summer. I would strongly recommend this hotel as it didi not only offer very comfortable and luxurious room for their customers at reasonable price, but it also provide other facilities such as a swimming pool with spectacular sea view, sauna room and other high quality services including spa and ironing clothes for their customers. On the other hand, the staffs we met had served us with really good manners. Especially the reception managers Tommy and Sam who would take time to engage with you and get to know your likes and needs. By day 2, they already remembered all of our names as we walked by. These all had made us feel so at home during our stay. I Love everything about this hotel and would definitely plan to visit again.
