Our stay at Hotel Syrene in Capri was nothing short of perfect! From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and cared for. They were warm, professional, and always ready with a smile, offering great local recommendations and making sure every detail of our stay was seamless. The hotel itself is beautiful — elegant, peaceful, and ideally located just steps from the heart of Capri. The front desk was so kind to upgrade our room for free without question, with lovely views and all the comforts you could ask for. We especially enjoyed relaxing surrounded by lemon trees and the island’s charm. But what truly made the experience special was the staff — especially at the front desk. Their kindness and attentiveness made us feel right at home, and we’re so grateful for their hospitality. We can’t wait to return and would highly recommend Hotel Syrene to anyone visiting Capri!

Beautiful hotel with very kind staff. The room was spacious and comfortable with beautiful sea view. The location is great with many restaurants and shops around. There is an elevator from the hotel that goes down to the ferry terminal. I just wished the restaurant had more protein options for breakfast instead of pastries. I highly recommend hotel Syrene for your stay in Sorrento.

Wish they'd been serving at the pool when we were there but I think it might have been just off season at the end of May. Very friendly staff, all you can eat breakfast that was delicious. Upon our arrival, the receptionist gave us many suggestions for Capri. They even had these touch pads in the room where it has a bunch of suggestions on what to do, food to eat, book transportation and reservations, etc.
