"We booked a room called "Panorama laterale". When we walked into the room, there was no view. Nothing! A big tree, roofs, maybe 5% of it was a view on a far mountain/sky above the lake. But no lake! We went back to reception, saying that we paid extra for the "partial view", but there was nothing to see. We asked a refund, or a room with the view. He said at 5 PM he could do nothing. He had 2 rooms with a full view, but he could not give one of them to us. We asked for a manager. He called her...

"Etablissement très agréable, au calme entouré des vignes. Une très bonne alternative un peu à l'écart de l'alignement des hotels et campings du Lac de Garde. L'isolation entre les chambres mériterait d'être de meilleure qualité. Cependant les "voisins" de chambre étant calmes pas de problèmes à déplorer durant le séjour. Bon petit déjeuner à la carte mais dont on fait assez vite le tour."

"Un super hôtel, chambre très spacieuse, le frigo est super en plus comme ça on peut acheter quelques truc pour ramener à l’hôtel, personnel très agréable. Grande piscine, transat pour tout le monde, les serviettes pour la piscine sont fourni. Petit déjeuné assez variée. Je recommande vraiment."
