"My friend and I stayed here as a weekend getaway. It was absolutely perfect. The service was phenomenal from start to finish. We did have an issue with valet but they corrected it immediately and gave us a discount on the cost. The hotel is stunning, lives up to all the hype. "

"This hotel offers an unbeatable location right on the pier, with two on-site restaurants and plenty of great dining options just steps away. The rates were also among the best in the area, which made the stay an even better value. There were a couple of minor inconveniences—namely, the hot water in the bathroom wasn’t always consistent, so earlier showers worked best. The elevator was also out of service for a few days, but the staff was present and helpful throughout, assisting guests as needed. Overall, the positives far outweighed the drawbacks, and I would gladly stay here again on a future visit."

"The hotel was nice enough. The restaurant was the star. The crabcake we got for dinner was the best crabcake we’ve ever had. During our three night stay, not once did they clean our room or make our beds or give us fresh towels without us having to go and ask. When we did ask, it took hours for them to finally get to us. It was within walking distance to the convention center, which was the reason why we booked it. Overall, it was fine. "

"This hotel is the quintessential spot to enjoy Fell's Point! Waterfront experience meets entertainment convenience. I plan to book a room here again in the near future. The staff are courteous, patient, and accommodating and made me feel like I was coming home every night. The rooms are delightful and comforting with ample space to stretch out your body and your belongings. I did not have time to enjoy my complimentary breakfast, but it sure looked good! "

"Terrible property condition. Right after entering the room we literally bounced out after seeing the overused stained furniture and carpet. The quality of bedding, lighting and almost every other amenity was far from what we expected to get for the price this hotel goes for (not a cheap motel rate at all). They offered another room that we checked but it wasn’t any different so we asked them to cancel our 3 nights stay. Figured we were better off finding another hotel even though it was close to midnight after a long flight. The only redeeming feature of this hotel was the polite and cooperative staff who understood and acknowledged the problems. Probably used to irate guests. I pity their situation of trying to manage a run down hotel. "

"I would like to make a suggestion that when you offer the breakfast buffet or off the menu there be a sign as you enter that makes it clear the cost and that is just for the buffet or the menu. There are many hotels that the buffet is included in the price of the hotel. Understandably there can be some confusion. Our breakfast off the menu was very good and LaTonya was very accommodating!"
