"This is the best ever kept secret. Hosts were amazing so helpful and generous. The property private and with plenty of space around each cottages. The cottage itself exceeded all expectations beautifully appointed not to mention the never ending supply of wood to your door daily to your door. Oh did l mention the breakfast basket omg. "We had a lovely stay at the Abbey! The staff were friendly and helpful, and the building was beautiful. I wasn't sure if I would like having a separate private bathroom but it was actually great, really nice to have some distance from the main room. Our room was clean and beautifully decorated. The shared amenities were excellent- the microwave and spare crockery in the shared kitchenette was really helpful, and it was lovely to be able to enjoy a glass of wine and some cheese in the cosy lounge. In summer the verandah would be beautiful also. The charm and history of the building was lovely, with information provided on each room. It's a great location too, in town for convenience but in a quiet, calm setting. Will stay again if I'm back in Warwick!"

"Stunning property located a 5 min drive or 30 minute walk to town centre. Our 2 bed cottage, Coolibah, was very comfortable, nicely furnished, large bedrooms each with en-suite and huge lounge with wood burner. Hosts Dave and Rachael are very friendly and helpful, we ordered a breakfast and cheese platter which were delivered to the cottage and delicious. Highly recommend, we will be back with friends next time."

"The staff are amazingly helpful. They're very friendly and do everything they can to make your stay comfortable. Possibly the best service I've experienced. Parking is tight, which is the only thing that I found that marked them down to 4 stars. (Not much they can do about it though)."

"Our stay at 31 The Rocks exceeded our expectations. The accommodation was clean, private and incredibly cosy. Nestled in a peaceful bushland setting, it offered the perfect balance of seclusion while still being close to town, the national park, wineries and many other attractions. The beds were comfortable and equipped for cold winter nights with electric blankets and the fireplace kept us warm and cosy during the chilly mornings and evenings. Our host was an excellent communicator and made us feel genuinely welcome. The thoughtful extras such as juice, yoghurt pots and other little touches made our stay even more enjoyable. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting there area."
