First of all, the water was ration, meaning you get water only twice a day early in the morning 7 -730 am and 4-4-30 pm. After 4-5 days staying at that hotel, i find out that that situation being going on for a long time so i decided to move to another hotel which later i will have to call Expedia about a refund for the hotel charged and other inconvenience i have staying at that hotel.

The hotel was nice but water restrictions. There was water only from 19:00 to 20:00 and 6:00 to 7:00AM. That was big problem for the stay, other than that was ok.

空港からはタクシーで20分ほど。立地は決して安全なエリアではないので一歩外に出れば危険と隣り合わせですが、夜に近所で買い出ししたいと申し出ればガードマンを付けてくれるなど、この国の最低限のサービスはきちんとやってくれます。

Excelente estadía. Nuestro segundo hogar en Caracas.

Personal muy simpático y atento. Un check-in veloz, habitaciones insonorizadas y cómodas. Un restaurante en planta baja, otro en el último piso con vista panorámica y posibilidad de pedir que le traigan comida a la habitación. La piscina y el bar son un éxito, así como la sala de fitness y el spa, (que no hemos usado). A nivel personal pasamos un muy buen rato en el hotel Alex con mi esposa y mi hija de 3 meses. Perfecto para hacer diligencias en la capital sin necesidad de gastar dinero en transporte.

RESISTIENDO EN EL ALEX

En general decepciona,como se negaban a darnos la habitación reservada, tratando de asignarnos una inferior, nos cambiaron tres veces, las dos primeras noches no tuvimos agua caliente, el personal de recepción demuestra ineficiencia y desidia. En las últimas dos noches nos asignaron una habitación en el tercer piso en la que escuchábamos el ruido de las cañerías de los baños de otras habitaciones.

The guys in the breakfirst room do nothing, the Womans have to so everything. At the Lobby was at evening one very friendly guy, he told me it was his 3 week. He did a Perfect Job,was very friendly and Give ne a feeling of welcome. The other Guy was Not friendly. At next Morning there was a friendly girl, who do a good Job and was very friendly

Hotel na melhor localização.

O hotel está localizado no centro de Caracas, excelente para quem quer conhecer a fundo a cidade e suas principais características e pontos turísticos. Fácil acesso ao metrô. Os funcionários apresentam muita cortesia e simpatia. A região é perigosa para sair a noite. O ar condicionado da habitação é muito barulhento, impossível dormir com ele ligado.

One of the worst hotels I have every stayed in

This is a high-rise Faulty Towers. Everything, from checking in to waiting for breakfast coupons to checking out, seemed to take 20 minutes. We were given virtually windowless rooms at first. The only staff at checkout didn't speak English. Very few of the staff at any level seemed competent.

El hotel es aceptable solo que a la llegada me cambiaron de habitación al segundo día y nadie me ayudo y ya tenía todo instalado solo porque el supervisor no dejo que el de la recepción me ayudara porque no era su trabajo según esta persona de ahí en fuera el hotel bien.

Dadas las circunstancias actuales de Caracas, el Hotel Alex es una buena opción. Conviene que la administración considere algunas mejoras modestas, como la iluminación de los cuartos y la oferta de cuartos dobles con camas separadas.
