"Rooms were very clean, staff friendly and professional, breakfast was excellent. Only issue or upgrade Kapok should consider is placing a screen from the elevator to the corridor to access the pool and make it more private.it is too exposed. Overall the stay was great"

"The dapper looking gentleman with the well groomed locks under a straw fedora who greets you at the door is named Otis. He’s not just a greeter he’s a gentleman of knowledge with a soft welcoming Trini accent. He provides you with a warm greeting every time he sees you and is genuinely interested in how you spent your day. He made coming back to the hotel feel like home. It’s always a good experience at the Brix Thanks Otis! I will miss you Sudhaa! To me you’re not only the front desk representative you were my photographer, videographer, Google Maps interpreter, and much much more. Whatever we needed you were there to help. Your pleasant demeanor, smiling face and great sense of what to do, made our stay so memorable, and our experience at the Brix a lot more enjoyable. Thank you! Thank you!
