"Should have opened at 4pm. 30 degs out in the sun waiting until 4.30pm to check-in. Manage apologised but it was not a good start. Room had no bed lamps, toilet paper, TV or chair. Very basic. "

On arrival, we discovered the reality did not match the pictures. The hotel is basic, and the staff are friendly and that in itself is ok - the problem is you think you're getting somewhere more swish as the hotel has put up several images of areas that do not exist.
