i’ve stayed here quite a few times. it’s a great location and the staff are always very friendly. the rooms are very good and bigger than i’d expect for the price. located a two minute walk from the services which are great for coffee and breakfast. also convenient for electric car charging. all in all a cracking hotel.

A good budget hotel with fantastic friendly and helpful staff. Handy location by the motorway services but minimal road noise as tucked away. No restaurant at the hotel but the services are nearby and there’s the shopping village on the other side of the M4 junction with loads of options Only negative is the £5 per night parking charge which wasn’t made clear before booking. Overall a good option for a budget stay

This is a nice place to stay just a little bit dates but can’t fault it lovely place to stay at junction 36 of M4 lovely outlet place wit places like M&S, Next, Sketchers and lots more lots of places to eat too! Yes would go to this hotel again. Staff are very friendly it was nice
