Good location. Emailed well in advance to request nice view for anniversary. Given pokey room with tiny window and dreadful view but got moved when we pushed. No availibility for Expedia gold upgrade. Breakfast was good choice but tasted mediocre, dry pastries, bland food. Room had lovely rain shower and really comfy bed.

I want to rave about the shower. Great water pressure (both overhead rainfall shower and hand-held water pic). Great temperature. Very roomy shower and bathroom. The room itself was very nice and comfortable. The hotel itself is in a lovely, stately building right in the shadow of the much never Principality Stadium. Very short walk to the train station, which is convenient.

Newly renovated hotel in the old post office building with lovely decor. Clean hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Nicely appointed rooms with very comfortable bed. We had pre drinks in the hotel bar nice atomoshere with good choice of cocktails. Extremely busy at breakfast we didnt have to wait long for a table however we had wait for the food to be replenished and some of the hot food was cold. Staff tried their best and were apologetic. There was an allergy station with separate toaster but very limited choice. Perhaps timed slots would help when the hotel is at capacity?
