"We stayed at this hotel expecting a 4-star experience, but unfortunately it fell well below our expectations. The biggest issue was the lack of air conditioning in the rooms. It was extremely hot, making it very difficult to sleep. When we raised this with reception, we were simply told to open the window, which only resulted in bugs coming into the room. "La habitación sin aire acondicionado con un ventilador de pared en una sola zona y todas las zonas no exitia el aire teniendo placas solares en todo el hotel, éramos 4 personas donde pasamos mucho calor. No existe las toallas de piscina pagas 15 euros por toallas de depósito y cuando la regresa para el lavado 1 euros cuando pague por un todo incluido, me parece vergonzoso. "Das Hotel ist insgesamt schön und das Personal freundlich. Das Essen war lecker und abwechslungsreich, auch die Getränke waren gut. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die hervorragende Lage – wirklich traumhaft. Was jedoch mehr als negativ aufgefallen ist: Während unseres Aufenthalts im April wurde eine Bar renoviert (die Arbeiten dauern wohl noch bis Mitte/Ende Juni 2026 an). "Fantastic resort due to having 4 pools and direct beach access to 3 swimming lagoons with white sand beach , good food choices , now 20 years old tho. Mini golf course was nearly unplayable due to leaves and stones . Having 4 pools is brilliant , love the large saltwater one. Wok and Zen menu is too limited . Plenty of things too do. Just needs a refurb to bring it back to true 5 star status ."
