"Even though we never stayed, they went ahead and charged just based on reservation and did not refund even after multiple phone calls on the day of reservation."

"This did not stand up to the normal quality of Days Inn. Our room had dead roaches in it, unsealed cracks in the shower, and the carpets were disgusting, not to mention the broken/clawed door trim. Snot was smeared on the ice machine. When we brought these issues to the attention of the front clerk, he shrugged his shoulders and wouldn't give us another room. Avoid this place"

"The people in the room above us were very noisy until 2.30 a.m. it honestly sounded like they were playing soccer or similar in the room. We tried calling the front desk to complain, but got no answer. Also, 2 car alarms went off during the night and it seemed like forever before they got shot off. Needless to say, after a long day of driving, we didn't get much sleep. We will never stay there again."

"I would highly recommend Teton Valley Resort to everyone, specially if you are traveling with kids. This resort has a lot of entertainment options for kids of all ages and they can move around the entire property freely and safely. The cabin has everything you need, it’s like being at home away from home. It was also very spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. If ever return to Grand Teton, I will be staying at this resort again."

"The breakfast was limited to quantities… like if they run out of bread they will not have supplies to restock it. Scrambled eggs will take 15 minutes to restock. If motel is charging per person, you expect food to be available to all and not first come first serve."

"The lock would not work to access room, onsite staff not helpful and made it clear she thought it was our fault, but it didn’t work for her either. She did not want to give us a key even though we called the service number and they said they would give us a key. The code worked later on but gave us trouble the next day too. Other than that room was clean and tidy and the property was nice. The description says “no drinking“ and I interpreted this to mean they don’t want people excessively...

"Our room was clean and the a/c worked great. Breakfast was very nice and offered for 3 hours. The only struggle we had was sitting on the patio out back. If the door to the community area is locked you have to walk around the entire motel. Then, the door is locked to go back inside from the patio and you have to walk around again. We did not use the pool. Staff assisted with names of outdoor recreation companies. Would stay again."
