"The room looked clean and the beds were neat. However, there was a smell that was like that of homeless people who have not showered for days. I also saw a few cockroaches (or other bugs) in the bathroom area. There are nearby restaurants and a grocer, and the freeway is very close. This location is convenient for travel. I did not use laundry service and my interaction with the staff was minimal but okay."

"No shampoo/conditioner. Ended up going to near by store in the night for this. When we reached property , staff is on 30 minutes break and had to wait to checkin. Bed is ok and parking is comfortable."

"The property looks nice on internet. But when we arrived, we were scare because some people look so sick using drug in front of the office. It look like the property has some contract with the government for housing for homeless people... We stayed for 2 nights because we already booked. The first night we heard the voice of a man screaming like he was overdose... next day there was an ambulant arrived with a fire truck... in the parking lot there is a car with broken windows and four flat...

"The lobby is nice. That's it. The room was filthy. The furniture was falling apart. People were hanging out in their cars in the parking lot. There was a woman smoking crack literally right outside my room. We left and stayed at a different hotel. I went to the front desk and told the attendant I was checking out no less than 10 minutes after I checked in. No apologies no refund. "

"We were there for a short time. Great location to the airport, convenient airport shuttle. Rooms were great. Worked perfect for our group to be in 1 room. We booked the 2 bedroom suite for a group of 7"

"Not a real restaurant as they would like to make it seem. took about 30 minutes for a BLT and only a couple of people in the bar area. As for the property and the room, it was just OK. Very noisy with it sounding like the people above us were going to come through the roof. The pillows I don’t believe were cleaned as the smelled of woman’s perfume and the bed felt like it had sand or dirt in it. We will not repeat. "
