"We booked this hotel specifically because it was advertised as a standard room with two queen beds plus a complimentary rollaway/extra bed for three travelers. That feature was the entire reason we chose this property, so it was extremely frustrating to arrive and be told that, due to fire regulations, a rollaway bed could not actually be provided. If that’s the case, it should not be advertised that way in the first place. It felt very misleading and honestly like false advertising.
To be fair, this was not the staff’s fault—they were polite and did try to help by offering us a different room with one king bed and a pullout couch. While appreciated, that still didn’t properly address the issue since we specifically needed comfortable sleeping arrangements for three people, which was why we booked the original setup.
Another disappointment was the so-called “fitness centre.” It was incredibly limited—just a handful of cardio machines and some free weights, with no actual weight machines. If having a proper gym matters to you, this likely won’t meet expectations.
Overall, the biggest issue was the misleading room advertising. If you’re traveling with three people, I’d strongly recommend confirming sleeping arrangements directly with the hotel before booking."
