We booked a Jacuzzi suite for one night while we were down visiting family. We didn’t arrive to the hotel until pretty late almost 11 PM probably… the room was not overly clean, but it was not disgusting. On the far side of the bed, we did find somebody is crusty socks. And at 12:30 when we decided to have a Jacuzzi bath, which we tried to then run for an hour off and on to see if we could get clean water, but it did nothing but pour out yellow pee, water with rusted metal flakes and some sort of oil.. the guys at the front desk informed us to let them know if anything was not good with the room because it hadn’t been checked? We were so exhausted and tired. We didn’t notice many things until late and it’s a small town so you have to call someone’s cell phone and wake them up because of the price difference between a regular room and a Jacuzzi suite we didn’t wanna wake him up at 1:30 in the morning so we let him know the next day, and he basically didn’t believe us that there was a dirty pair of socks, which we left there for him or that the tub kept filling up yellow and said that we should’ve called them at 1:30 in the morning instead, too switch rooms versus them pre-checking a room that we booked a day prior to even arriving.. everything was fine until we told him about the issues in the morning and then he was just blatantly rude. Made it our fault and because of the disrespectful approach he took we will never stay there again.
