"Location near the beach, along the main strip in Praia da Rocha with downtown locations within walking distance. Local transit and Uber/Taxis readily available. All staff with whom we interacted were calm, friendly and helpful. Luggage storage prior to our room being available was offered and managed very well. Front desk staff also helped to set up a cruise for us - perfectly aligned with what we were looking for, they took care of all the arrangements including pre-payment and set up a shuttle...

"Okay. Last year I was pretty harsh on the Casabela Hotel. But here my partner and I find ourselves back home in the UK after another great holiday in Portugal. "Excellent accommodation that exceeded our expectations but unfortunately the main idea of our stay was to enjoy the wellness facilities which were closed and we should have been informed prior to arrival. Being in February and the weather not being warm enough to enjoy the outdoor pool ( or beaches ) we definitely were looking forward to enjoying sauna and jacuzzi as well as indoor pool . We would have chosen another resort should we have known."
