"Great hotel"

"Cleanliness and nice towels. Beds were very comfortable. We dodnt use the pool but looked clean. Will stay again."

"Checked in at 11 PM and had to wait 10 minutes at the desk for somebody to show up to complete check-in process. Room door deadbolt broken!! Propped ironing board and chair against the door. Broken hair dryer and alarm clock, gross surfaces, dirty black out curtains partially hanging off their hooks, that if you shut them fully block the air conditioning unit, wallpaper peeling back around air-conditioning, revealing mold, sofa very dirty. The shower curtain has cigarette burn holes in it....

"The property is completely run down and about two thirds of the property looks abandoned. The room was dirty. The bed sheets had holes and stains. The windows did not lock. There is one outlet in the entire room. The shower head was broken and sprayed water everywhere. The indoor pool was gross and had moldy water and place smelled like something died in there. There was only one light outside that worked so it was very dark outside. We did not feel safe. As far as staff, we saw no one other...

"We stayed at the hotel because we had a weekend wedding in South Kingstown. Everything was great. Room was very clean, staff very friendly and the beds were so comfortable! Breakfast was very good too. And since we had to bring our Shih Tzu, it was also a huge plus that the hotel is pet friendly. We highly recommend the hotel if you plan to stay in the South Kingstown/Narragansett area."

"This is a gem of a motel in a perfect location for beach access (or to nearby Kingston, Wakefield etc.). It was immaculate and so well maintained with a friendly staff. The room was lovely, there was plenty of hot water, I was so grateful for in room coffee and mini fridge and the 6:30 AM coffee in the office! My only minor piece of feedback is that there are only bagels for breakfast so maybe a few yogurts or other options would be amazing but this was a wonderful place to stay while I was...

"The worst stay ever. Horrible carpet smell. Black mold all over bathroom. Sliding door didn’t lock/fully shut. Had a rod to hold door shut. Bug on towels in bathroom. Prayed while plastic trash bagging my luggage. Slept on bare fitted sheet that surprisingly looked white. Was up and out at 5:30am!"
