"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and the staff was super helpful and very attentive. unfortunately I was given the incorrect room and was just told that they did not have anything else available. I reserved a a deluxe single room with city view and ended up having a view of a construction crew outside my window with tons of drilling and construction noises. my room was nothing like what was pictured and it had a very uncomfortable bathtub as opposed to a shower which is what I expected based on the pictures of the room from their site. the room was nothing very clean and I wore socks because the rug had not been vacuumed as my feet got dirty from walking around the room a bit. Other than that, everything was perfect."
