"Edwin was fantastic, he made us feel very welcome from the moment we got there. The property is beautiful and a short walk to a lovely lakeside look out where we watched the sunset (Edwin's recommendation). The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We really enjoyed chatting to Edwin each morning over the delicious breakfast he cooked us (with fresh bread and eggs from his gorgeous ducks!) and the meal easily sustained us throughout the day which was perfect. "I arranged to arrive between 5 & 6pm and was met by Stanley, the owner. As a fire risk assessor I can tell that a lot of money has been spent to get it to this high standard. The place was spotless, the bed was comfy and I had my first ever Ulster Fry for breakfast. "

"We had a lovely stay. The property is very nice and well equipped. The only thing that irked us a little was that it was advertised online that there was a game console but when we arrived the controllers were missing. The owner informed us that they were probably stolen by previous visitors. It's a shame as our 4 year old would have really enjoyed it. "

"The accommodation was very clean and well presented but what stood out was the attention to detail in the rooms. We did not experience the full breakfast but the smell was enticing, Instead we had a light breakfast of home made muesli and fresh fruit which again was excellent. The owner was friendly, helpful and very informative about the area I cannot recommend this accommodation higher and will defineatly return if in the area. "
