"Has parking fee and incidentals for 1 night is pricey"

"Well beyond our expectations, especially given the cost. Room was super clean and well appointed/updated. Corridors were a little dated but not bad at all. Most importantly for us since we were in a 26 ft U Haul, they had truck parking."

"I had just driven 13 hours from Florida and hoping for a restful night of sleep as I still need to drive 6 hours more northward. I checked in at around 9pm, staff at the reception was courteous. For some reason, he gave me a room at the end of the corridor at the 2nd floor. I didn't complain as it might have been busy and may be the best room available. The room was clean but the color of the marble that they used in the bathroom has a terrible pattern that resembled dirt or molds. It was clean...

"Staff was rude and degrading to our employees. We will never stay here again. Towels cost $1.50 to get a clean one daily. I don’t mind reusing my own towel but hotel expense pays for that."

"We stay in hotels often and this one is a bit run down. It is connected with another hotel that you check in at, which is a bit weird. The part we stayed in had a very bad smell and the room was dirty. Wouldn’t stay again, would try somewhere else."

"Enjoyed at suite with a separate area for sitting. Refrigerator was helpful to keep food from our cooler safe. The staff was awesome!"

"Very tacky to charge a $5. Fee to park. Include in room price if necessary. There is a good amount of parking spaces available."

"The staff was really helpful and the breakfast was decent. The room had a layer of dust and the mini fridge didn’t work and was stuffed with towels. The floor by the air conditioner was soaking wet and there’s a rug on the floor. I didn’t ask for a room change because we had traveled all day and didn’t arrive until 10pm. The room was booked 2 months in advance so they knew we were coming so I’m not sure why they put us in a room they knew had broken equipment."

"After having a great breakfast at another Holiday Inn Express we were expecting the same at this location. What a disappointment! There was very little food and what was available had not been kept hot. Cold sausage and cold, rubbery eggs. No potatoes, no oatmeal. The juice machine was out of order, so there was nothing to drink. Only one coffee dispenser was working and the line for coffee was endless. Since there is no in room coffee they could at least have some available in the lobby. ...

"A restaurant and bar was part of the facility, but the menu was limited and breakfast was NOT included. A surprise was the $10/vehicle/day parking charge. This for a hotel with nothing but space all around it. Since we were using this for a meet up - we got to pay $20 for parking for one room! Another Marriott in the same town was $30 more, but included breakfast and FREE parking. We will NOT be staying at Delta Hotels again!"
