"We booked here because they had laundry facilities. They were broken. I asked for an extra blanket. Was told to make sure there wasn’t one in our room. There wasn’t. Went back down. Was told they were out. She would have to go to an empty room to get one. She was rude and upset I still wanted a blanket. ..."
