"Great hotel for families with young kids (and a dog). We stayed in the one bedroom with a kitchen and it was more than enough room for our family of four. Free and delicious breakfast coupons at the Smitty’s restaurant in the same site- can have breakfast to go not for free but at a discounted and fair price! So worth it! Stove was confusing to use and had to ask reception/housekeeping for help. The games area was enjoyed by my kids. The pool area was out of service during our visit unfortunately. About a 25 minute drive from downtown Calgary and in my opinion worth it to stay a bit away from the city centre for the price and more space. The highway is easily accessible and we did not notice the noise. The staff were responsive and pleasant to speak to every day! It does feel like management runs with skeleton staff but the staff on duty are efficient and hard workers. I’d recommend Canalta Airdrie to my friends and family. Thank you for the wonderful stay!"

"Quiet atmosphere. Breakfast was typical with few added items. Updated equipment to manage on your own for pancakes etc. Pleasant staff; greeted with smile and hello. smooth registration on line and front desk. Rooms clean, towel fluffy, linens crisp and white. Stayed 2 days for my observation."
