Lovely boutique hotel, only five rooms so you have an intimate atmosphere. The rooftop is a wonderful lounge area and you have it to yourself usually. Staff is very responsive. The wifi occassionally drops

We loved this hotel. The staff was amazing, the room was clean and comfortable. The rooftop pool was lovely to cool off in after a hot day exploring. We will absolutely be back.

Best hotel we stayed at in Colombia! The location is AMAZING- around the corner from the famous Cafe del Mar and close to everything without the noise. My friend and I jumped up and down for joy when we saw our room! It was right out of a magazine. The room was huge and so posh. The air conditioner was strong which is so nice in the humidity of Cartagena. We had new water bottles waiting for us everyday and were greeted with a delicious drink when we checked in. It only has 5 rooms, so it is peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was yummy and though we didn't use the 2 pools, they are a huge plus. I will recommend this hotel to everyone going to Cartagena!

The wi-fi was on and off and low water pressure when flushing the toilet. Sink water was on and off. Staff was wonderful and free breakfast was good. Near restaurants and bars.

Great hotel. Large, comfortable and clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. Located in very good location within old town. Nice foyer pool and rooftop deck with jacuzzi. Great breakfast. Can’t fault this hotel - would highly recommend staying here.

This hotel is in a great location in the old city. Very nice, modern rooms, helpful staff. Very quiet despite being in the room on the ground floor. Excellent A/C and large room with nice bathroom. Would definitely come back.

Great boutique hotel.

Careful how you book - Expedia gave the wrong description and we got a first floor room (ground floor) on check in on the road by the front door - you don't want this room its too noisy. Our booking had in it that our room came with a balcony/patio so we were moved. Other than that it is a great small hotel with only 5 rooms and great personal service. Very very very comfy beds. Excellent location to see all of the old town. Just a brilliant hotel. Highly recommended.

Amazing boutique hotel!!

My fiancee and I could not have been happier with our stay at Casa Gastelbondo. The hotel is straight out of the pages of Architectural Digest. Perfect location. Room was extremely modern with a marble bathroom and a wonderful bed. Service was fantastic, breakfast was delicious. Will absolutely stay again!

Hotel staff was AWESOME! Everyone was extremely friendly, especially at the front desk. Our stay was great, the location was perfect, and it was perfect for what we needed. The A/C also came in handy because of the humidity, so I'm glad we were able to control the temperature in our room.

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. You can easily walk to any restaurant or bar in the historic area of the city. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they gave excellent recommendations for places to go. I will absolutely stay here when I come back
