This hotel is terrible. Photos are not accurate. Room very small. Location was terrible. No railing on stairs. No hot water. Terrible location with no restaurants in area. Non English speaking staff. Loud music every night until 10 PM.

No corresponde con las fotos de la piscina publicadas aquí.N o existe el traslado ofrecido al aeropuerto publicado en las páginas eeb. El precio no corresponde con el servicio que ofrece publicado; debería valer la mitad Habitación doble muy pequeña. No me quisieron cambiar ni un dolar para el taxi No M Desayun Baño

Not even a hotel IMO

The place is a house, it's more like a hostel. No hot water, very bad A/C, tiny pool, no room service, cleaning service replaces towels occasionally, and very bad neighborhood/location.

Nos llevamos una decepsiòn total la ubicaciòn no es buena para los turistas ya que es un barrio peligroso, como es posible que en un clima como Cartagena le tengan disque un horario al aire acondicionado, la pascina es tanto pequeña como sucia y las camas se caen con solo sentarse o cuando se esta durmiendo. Sinceramente que falta de respeto con nosotros... No lo recomendamos

Cartagena is allways super hot , Air Conditioning is a must. After i checked in on the inside of my room door is posted "AC only from 10pm-6AM lol" I had to run out before dehidrated
