Right from the beginning bad communication. We contracted several times the hotel to confirm booking and payment and no clear answer was given. We were charged double for the room. Recepción service no good at all, again bad communication between departments. We talked with Carlos Andres, Quality Manager and no change at all. Breakfast was cold most of the time. Broken sofa and bathroom faucet and nothing was done. Roaches in the bedroom, we have pictures. The room is big with good views but the rest, especially the service was bad. One that we were out, we got one text message from the Manager asking for the issues. Too late, damage was done.
