We had a great stay Playa Cartagena with the beach directly across the street we were able spend our morning walk on the beach.The staff was very helpful in any of our needs from getting a taxi to restaurant suggestions.

ROACHES! They come out when you cut the lights off . Only one key is provided so you have to remove the key and come back to. A hot room. No basic toiletries, also charged a management fee with no management ! front desk staff are slow and incompetent. Nice location from the beach.

So they still have a cockroach problem. I booked this hotel a while back before seeing the cockroach problem from the other guest that stayed there before me. I reached out to them and they said there was no problem anymore and it was fumigated. That wasnt the case. I even brought roach traps with me for anticipation. That wasnt even the only problem. Pictures of the room looked beautiful online but in person was just old and dirty. Lots of missing amenities. Even basic ones like no shampoo or conditioner! Hair dryer was there but not working and was also dirty. They have a dryer and washer but no laundry detergent provided. They provide towels but theyre soo cheap. Like one ply towels from the dollar store. Like it would not absorb any water and when i would use it, it would make be super slippery. No hanging racks in the bathroom either to hold your towels or clothes at all. They have a safe lock but it doesnt work as well. Kitchen stovetop doesnt have an igniter but they provide matchstick lol. Not even given a lighter. Like come on. Pretty much not a lot of stuff is working or theyre just very cheap with the provided stuff. Owner is based in Texas in the US and denied my refund because of the cockroach problem and false advertising of the provided amenities. I would NOT recommend this place for how much ive paid which you can go to the hilton or hyatt for better service. Room service is extra 15$ to clean up and also property manager fee as well. He doesnt do much. AVOID!

Todo excelente ! El único tema es que no dan jabón ni shampoo y al menos deberían dejar unas muestras “ para poder tomar una ducha recién uno llega . Porque es lo primero que uno quiere hacer ! Y no hay nada ! Lo bueno es que enfrente hay una farmacia y pueden adquirirlos ahí, y a media cuadra supermercados , restauran te a , playa etc !! La vista de la recámara es espectacular !

Este apartamento tiene una vista espectacular. Fue la razón principal por lo cual lo rentamos. Esta bien ubicado cerca de restaurantes, cafeterías, supermercados. Lo único que no me gusto es la primera impresion cuando entramos al apartamento, no sentí que estuviera muy limpio o que lo hubieran limpiado recientemente para nosotros utilizarlo. Considero que podrían trabajar un poco más en la apariencia interior del apartamento. A parte de eso, la comunicación con el encargado fue excelente y como mencioné la vista desde el balcón es espectacular.

La vista espectacular, no malo es que al llegar ni una botella de agua, un rollo y mini jabón de manos para 4 días. Te ofrecen cocineta cuando no hay aceite, azúcar o productos básicos que debería haber en cualquier lugar. cafetera sin filtros. El baño no servía, ni el siete acondicionado ni caja fuerte. No hay toallas en la cocina ni trapos para limpiar si ensucias algo. Se debe considerar que si vienes de viaje no cuentas con los accesorios básicos antes mencionados.
