"This was our families first staying at this hotel. The hallways are very long and not so easy to navigate as far as signage, i.e. pool, ice and restrooms. Upon entering our room, we were hit with a very strong and unpleasant odor. I informed the staff. My Mother-n-law didn't feel well and declined to move so we opted for Lysol spray and wipes which a staff member provided and apologized for the issue. The overall hotel was clean, but as we were walking to the indoor pool, we saw a large amount of feces on the floor in the hallway. Another guest was nice enough to pick it up. When we arrived at the pool I thought we'd be able to chill and put our feet in the water, but it was so hot indoors it was like being outside in the 90-degree weather! I couldn't figure out why it would be that hot inside tI noticed a window opened letting in summer heat. I'm not sure why it was open and if the indoor area is just unusually hot, but it made for a miserable experience, so we left. In all this was a great hotel and I would visit again!"
