"Check-in was quick and easy. The room was very nice. We had an issue with dust and some sort of allergen in the bedding the first night but it was taken care of as soon as we brought it to their attention. We were a little disappointed in the breakfast offerings, sufficient, but could have been better."

"The pros: place is beautiful and well taken care of, with a very nice breakfast. The staff were kind and check in and out was quick and easy. The cons: pool was a bit chilly, the pull out couch sheets had goldfish and a blood stain on them (the front desk was quick to offer new sheets), the dishwasher needed to be emptied. "

"Property was very nice and room was very good. I always compliment a hotel that has walk in shower instead of a tub. Nothing bad to say about the hotel. Area around the hotel was an issue. 2 gas stations and one was out of business. Taco Bell was not open. Family restaurant nearby was closed. "

"BEWARE of charges after your stay. Just checked my credit card statement and noticed a charge with no reasoning provided from hotel. Called the hotel they informed me a lotion dispenser was broken. We never used this item and were not notified after our stay but still charged for damages. Besides this it was nice to have a living room space but the furniture was very uncomfortable. Breakfast was basic. Hot tub jets didn’t work. "

"This hotel charged my card daily for the stay. Which is weird. My back through the second charge was fraud, so they declined the second day. I received an elderly from the hotel. No explanation in the elderly as to why they were billing me daily. I stopped by the desk and was told that ‘some’ patrons leave and don’t pay the bill. Like how does that happen???? "Great, clean room and very friendly staff. Breakfast was great, keep in mind folks this is a more budget friendly hotel so that being said everything exceeded expectations. "

"All in all it was a pleasant stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the indoor pool was nice. The only issues we had were that the key reader on our door required multiple attempts before unlocking the door and the beds were a little too firm. I will still book with them again, though. "

"The overall property was top notch, the staff at check in was excellent, the room was very nice. After I checked in I went to use the bathroom in our room before we went out to eat, I lifted the toilet seat and almost gaged. Urine had fermented in the toilet and made the bathroom smell so terrible that we didn't use the bathroom for a few hours. My daughter requested a hotel with a hot tub for her birthday, she just wanted to relax, so I looked for the best rated hotel with a hot tub....

"Such a unique hotel! Went for a night getaway with my husband. Highly recommend! Onsite Lakely restaurant/bar was amazing! Food was excellent and the drinks were great! Wait staff very attentive. Live music was perfect. Outdoor patio and fire was fantastic for after dinner drinks to end the evening."
